How it works
A clear four-step service that starts with a free assessment, done remotely from photos, plans or a quick call, and then never really stops, because readiness is ongoing. Here is what actually happens at each stage, so you know exactly what you are signing up for.
01
Tell us about your site on a quick call, with photos or a phone video walkthrough. We look at footfall, layout and how people move about, then recommend the right device, cabinet and siting, with pricing and no obligation.
02
We set up the device, test everything, and register the defibrillator for emergencies. Your team then gets a clear plain-English handover covering where it is, how it works and what to do on the day.
03
From day one, the device is watched daily, with self-tests, pad expiry and battery health tracked in the background. When anything needs attention we contact you, so nobody on site has to remember to check anything.
04
If your defibrillator is ever used, we will know. We replace the pads, check the device and battery, and get it ready for use again quickly. We also stay on hand for questions, staff changes and anything else all along the way.

Monitoring, properly
Plenty of services called monitoring are really a reminder to check the defibrillator yourself, or a visit once a year. Ours checks itself every day and reports straight to us.
What “monitoring” often means
A check once a month, or once a year
Someone glances at the status light
A fault waits until the next check
Pad expiry dates are yours to track
Checks for your team to do and log
Monitoring at Work Defib
An automatic self-check every day
Electronics, battery and pads checked
Results reported to us, and we contact you
Pads replaced by us at routine expiry
Nothing for you to remember or log

Monitoring
Most workplace defibrillators fail quietly: expired pads, flat batteries, a cabinet nobody checks. Ours are watched daily, across one site or fifty, so readiness is a fact rather than a hope.
